Shelley, you just rememded me I have a nice book to read. Think i'll start on it .
Day 9...so far plan eating plan going good for today.
Messed up day 7 by eating crackers and 2 pieces of toast with butter.
Thats OK...just started over today.
Fighting lots of pain and found that yesterdays big pig out did not change the p---, and it really didn't taste all that good. Feels better not overstuffed.

Well we had company for dinner last night so I ate like a normal person.. ...was suprised at how quickly I got full and how much I left on my plate!

I've begun Phase 2 and hope the recipes are as good as Phase 1.

Not one dinner guest asked if I'd lost weight! ROFL

Hi all I got up really late today, thanks to a very rough ending to the
day yesterday. And so I've at this point only had breakfast and a snack.

I had oatmeal and tea. And that was good with granola in the oatmeal.

I also had water too

My snack was a peanut butter cookie and diet coke

I'm getting ready to go looking for supper.

BUt my night last night had a bad ending, because we had a car wreck
thanks to a uninvited dinner guest I guess. We didnt' attempt to eat
it. My car said, it wasn't to good.

A deer that had been hit, was laying on the middle of the raod and
my husband hit it again, so we are down my car now.

Till we get things going again. So hopefully soon, and then it willl be somtething we can all enjoy a new way to see things.

Cool Exercise

I have been getting a lot of exercise the last 2 weekends - the rain-snow-ice mix has stopped, it's been dry and the sun has been shining on and off. It was sunny all day today -we got up to 61*.

I have been doing lots of yard and garden cleanup, pruning overgrown shrubs, fruit trees and moving a few landscape plants to different locations. We have a row of fir trees along our property but they overhang and shade the garden area. Hubby made a 18' pole saw so we can cut some of the high branches that hang over.
My burn pile was getting pretty big so I started a fire next to it and then transferred the branches as the fire could handle it so it would burn clean and not smoke up the neighborhood.

I feel like I got a bit of sun on my face too- I'm sure I got plenty of Vitamin D today - 5 hrs worth .
