Hi all its been a long day here.

I had two donuts from krispy kreme for breakfast and a diet coke.

And then for some reason my husband thinks your supposed
to drive around town and starve..

So lunch and supper was a chicken salad sandwich and diet coke.

And a granola and a hot tea for a snack.

Have to realize we were working on the car that is at the dealership,
and trying to get a tire for the van that is not just right.

Its been a long couple of days.

Not the best for dieting, but I'll get better I promise.

where did I put those mittens?????

and I guess I won't be able to wear my high heels, they are sandels....not winter wear...so am going shoe shopping tomorrow.
I found a black velvet floor length skirt and a black velvet top to go with it from the dress barn.....pearls top it off.

tell me alffe that your weather is going to improve...

HI all,

Been gone all day at the spa today. A nice lady in my business treated me to a day of pampering and lunch.

Jo - great job on those lbs. If you run out of chores I have some down here

Bizi- your outfit sounds snazzy where ya going?

Curious lemme butt squeeze some of that edema outa ya

OK guys here is the warning...tomorrow I am starting my diet thanks to Alffe.

Now there is going to be lots of whining and crying and begging so feel free to smack me at anytime.
