Default Thursday Feb 21st (I think!)

Well I must admit that I had a huge hunger attack yesterday afternoon and all evening. I keep eating my diet foods cause it says if you are hungry, you aren't eating big enough portions. Nothing seemed to help so it must be anxiety or boredom or hell, who knows!

This morning I'm having a cuppa java before beginning again.

Am I thin yet?

Just popping in to say Good Morning Alfie. I can totally relate to your post. I tend to eat a bunch of things that have low cal counts, instead of a decent portioned meal. So, last night I had a small piece of meat, veg's and a small baked potato w/FF sour cream.

I only had a small snack later on. I think for me, it has become a habit of evening snacking. It's like I'm not even hungry, but I'm used to it, so out to the kitchen I go. *many times*

I am not trying to lose wt, just trying to eat healthier, so I feel better.

Anyway, just wanted you to know that YES, I RELATE!

Oh and Curious, sorry the lil monkey is sick... They are pitiful when they aren't feeling well. Lots of Grammy love will make him feel better...

Thanks Maryann...it helps to be heard.

Breakfast: Big bowl of plain yogurt with lots of frozen blueberries. Frozen blueberries taste nothing like fresh ones...kind of like that turkey bacon thing.

Am meeting my sister for lunch at a Chinese restaurant...wonder what I'll eat?
Rice and noodles are no no's....hopefully they'll have a good stir fry. I am definitely getting hot and sour soup!

I haven't had Chinese forever..... I love it!

I also love that soup... YUMMO. Have a good lunch and enjoy your time w/your Sis. Mine moved last Nov to NC and I miss our lunches.
