Thanks to all who have checked in today, and congrats those who have stuck to your (D). We won't say that word. My Carpet Deep Cleaner had a piece missing, so I couldn't use it. I am just going to buy a new one for this one, is shot.
I got an invite out for dinner tomorrow. I think I can eat it without to much of a problem with the D word.

Thanks Donna for the kind words. We all have bad days, so just check in and feel free to say you want to. I have missed Gaye and know she isn't feeling well at all, so lets keep her in our prayers. She has had this pain for so long without much relief. group hug everyone. Gaye we miss you!

Karousel

You weren't around a month ago when I got out of the hospital from
having asthma that turned into bronchitus. And when I was diagnosised
with fibromyalgia. And the last year when I have shortness of breath
and pain when I move.

I've been through many things, and I've heard my husband say if you
got up and exercise you will lose the weight. And I've been in physical
therapy for balance issues. And other things but wasn't losing any
of the weight, I just couldn't seem to get rid of any of it. Not that
I wasn't trying, it just wasn't going.

So I started coming here and letting everyone lift me up and tell me
it was going to take time. And to just let it go as it would. And I'm
feeling better all the time. My health itself is better.

Thank goodness, I couldn't handle much more of what I was handling.

Donna

Not gaining yet off my plan, due to the pain and spasms beeing so severe. Plan to get back on Monday at least I hope I can. Can't get to a grocery store either...tired of eating only eggs and tuna..UGH! If only the grocery store would hop over to my place, everything would be fine again!

Tomorrow is another day and I can't think positive anymore...all I think about is going to bed a waking up with the whole thing starting over for yet another day. BLAH!

Rather sit in the frog pond and eat good ole flies! Ribbittttttt! froggie
