Hi I've been working all day. So its been a not so good diet day.

But main thing I went off on was donuts for breakfast.

Then I had 6in subway ham and cheese for lunch. They didn't have
soup. Ugh, they aren't supposed to not have my food.

Diet coke a couple of times. Water and water.

Missed my snacks, ate late.

Home and had Mac and cheese for supper and I had the last of my
candy kisses. So I can forget them.

I am doing so good though I think I'll have a good weight on Friday.

Smile I'm a little behind. . .

...so please forgive me. Also, lately I've been having a hard time following some of the threads, I just don't understand them. Must be "inside jokes" that I've simply missed - huh. I do enjoy what I can understand .

Billie, Billie - you sly one, you. I could tell that you had lots of things going on but I didn't expect one of them to be a "gentleman caller"! I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!! I know that the suggestions made here are only made because we all care for you so much and never want to see you get hurt. So, love with your heart, make decisions with your head and what you want to do with the rest of you, we really don't wanna know about. LOL!!! (Sorry, I'm bad.)

Thanks to all of you who sent me a message after my surgery. I am doing much better and cannot wait until tomorrow when they actually program my new toy. If they can get signals down into my feet and toes I will be the most blessed person in the world!!!

Take care all,
Nancy-H
