Everyone waiting with baited breath for news of Billie's fella....
One thing I know for sure...I am not having turkey bacon again today.  South Beach Cereal (Strawberry Harvest Crunch) with ff plain yogurt, and V8 juice.

one back to school..the other home sick.
i need exercise...no problems with my eating. i could start my eating a bit sooner, but i enjoy my cup of coffee then eat later. i must be sick.  i have a huge cookie jar filled with homemade ginger snaps. i don't even feel like snitching any. guess i'll have hubby take them to the club.  hello everyone. we need to get the exercise threads going again.

Day 2 with me and my hubby's diet. I had lots of fun with him in the grocery store. Felt like I was with a 2 year old. No you cannot have that, no not that, no, no, no!!!!!
I didn't snack last night and ate a good breakfast and lunch today. I'm happy. |

It's so strange to be dieting and not feel hungry! Love it!
Lunch was turkey slices rolled up in big lettuce leaves w/a tad mayo. Cuke slices dipped in hummus. And Big glass of water. Still waiting to hear from Billie! *grin....carpet dry yet?

I'm gonna have a slice of my homemade pizza for breakfast.
apples & carrots for snacks. Looks like a sunny day so I'll be outside doing projects. -the horse is starting to shed her winter coat so got to brush the dirt balls off of her need to attack the moss in the lawn too going to be more natural and organic this year trying this guys homemade recipes for lawn and yard care http://www.jerrybaker.com/index.asp?...on=Custom&ID=2 I did dig out one of my unfinished projects the other day - a quilted wall hanging with blues and greens. just have to finish the end and I think I'll do some stippling or decorative stitching on it and then it'll be done.

HI Alfee, not Billi, but she said I could tell ya, fella took a walk and fell into the snow. Hee, hee frozen fella....now my sister can talk to me only! What a terrible sis I am ...that is so selfish of me.

well..what can i say? i hope he thaws fast?
 no gaye...no cookies. not until i make oatmeal. those are healthy. the ginger snaps..not too bad...but still.. jo..don't over do it k? hmmm..i wonder if shelley is "free" yet?
