time for a recheck. the questionaire does take some time, but it makes you think about what you can do to change your habits into healthier ones.
real age send out great emails with healthy lifestle articles and tips. worth signing up for.

Woohoo...
I must be doing something right... Last year I did this it said I was 12yrs older than I am... This year it says I am 3 months younger than I am.... gotta do some things to get that lower... but I think i'm on a roll....  Abbie
