Billie I don't mean to be a wet blanket but I really think you should talk to your lawyer about all the financial aspects of this new development. I wonder if Bob knew your friend and if so, what he thought of him.

lunch....open face veggie sandwich on whole wheat bread that has flax seed. i spread low fat cream cheese...layer all kinds of thiny sliced raw veggies. crunchy...chewy..takes time to eat. very satisfying. had a handful of nuts. almonds..walnuts and pecan's. not salted..ones i use for baking. and big ole glass of iced tea.

we had snow last night....now it's in the 50's to low 60's today.

don't give up choccy 100%. it NEVER works.

but there are good alternatives.

a cup of sugar free hot chocolate. one of the hard choccy candies. they are low if not fat free. put the snack size candy bars in the freezer. like snickers. eat just 1. they are hard and chewy...take awhile to eat.

you can do it!!

courtship/engagement-

hubby & I had a long courtship {2 yrs}and a long engagement{2yrs}
But he told me quite early on that he wanted to marry me.
{we were in no rush until I got preggers LOL}

Billie, is your friend from your town ??- but in England for awhile to help his family?

spagetti for supper, spinach and half a tomato, diet jello for desert.
It was not enough mentally but am trying to tell myself that it was enough for a normal person, not one who over eats.
I really wanted seconds but instead asked hubby if he wanted to go for a very quick 10 minute walk.
so went and very quickly walked for 10 minutes and it felt good!
Back in time for american idol...the guys were good!

I have been so busy.

I had hmmm, water, and diet coke. And a bunch of medication for breakfast.
And a granola bar.

I then had a early lunch really early, but not much. I just have not had a
need to eat. So I had water, and I just couldn't find any banana's that
weren't green. I have to find potassium.

THen I tried again, this was a ruff day for food.

Diet coke and a chicken salad sandwich, and sorry chocolate kisses.
My need for chocolate is strong right now. Iced tea.

Then I had another meal tonight of mac and cheese, and hot chocolate

Hot tea and meds.

Saw one of my doctors, am doing really good.

Weight there was 137 down one more lb.

Well, I am gettng a late start...it is nearly wednesday now. Scooter got fixed today and I am so happy to have it going again.
Nothing to report on my eating plan. Hmmmmm what eating plan I wonder...seems I have forgotten to eat right lately. Still planning on getting back to SB.
