I've got a cold - or it has me the kind that irritates the heck out of your throat...
so lots of vit C and hot drinks and soups for me ..

Egge whites and a little fruit for breakfast with green tea.

I am so on track today after a weekend of debauchery in las vegas.

Thinking of starting pool exercise, bought a book on aquatic therapy.

We can do it ladies!

jo, try some of those zinc suckers that in the kids medicine aisle. they work wonders. taste good too.

do what you can. water walking is a great no impact exercise. but with the resistance of the water, you burn more calories!

Yep I won $500 dollars on slots! Bought myslef a new pocketbook and the rest went to paying toward the room and dad's b-day dinner. So it was almost like Vegas was free!

Hang out with me and you are guaranteed debauchery!

Started on the watching 'what I am eating'....
using spark people .com to help track my food.
It helps alot.

They did not carry the asian salad at the mcdonalds for lunch so I got the classic chicken grilled sandwich which I love but has a ton of carbs which I am supposed to be watching.
51 carbs in that bun!!!!!
