Lightbulb increase fiber with yogurt

i bought a new yogurt from yoplait.

fat free. 80 calories and has 5g of fiber. that is 20% of the rda. not bad huh? especially if you are cutting back on breads.

it's called Fiber One Yoplait.

great snack. less than the 100 calorie types, plus you are getting nutrition.

I love that yogurt Yappy. I also throw in a tsp of ground flax seed for good measure...
