waves at curious....had 1 cup of coffee...1 V8 juice, 1 bowl S.B. cereal and 2 slices of turkey bacon.

Does walking around a botanical garden count as exercise?

Walking in the sand yesterday raised my heartbeat.

Yes we can do it!!!

Coffee, oatmeal and shoveled the driveway. I have a busy afternoon and need to save my energy.

I made some iced green tea this morning and plan on substituting my calorie liquids with it. I stopped drinking diet drinks and switched back to regular. Now I need to stop drinking regular and drink more tea. I drink at least 8 glasses of plain water a day and need to have something extra to drink that has flavor.

you go girl!!!!

stay away from those sodas. they create tummy bloat big time. don't satisfy the thirst and sure do nothing for you nutrition wise. actually can increase your hunger!

the green tea is full of anti oxidents. awesome!!!

we can do it!!!!
