AWWWW ~ Sorry your'e feeling so yucko, Shell. Gotta tell ya tho, I'm still giggling over your brown spots on your hands remark... *good one*
 Hope you don't have Strep, but there is so much junk going around. Taking DS to ENT tomorrow, as he's been having sinus/ears problems for a month AND after being on 2 antibiotics!!!  I will add that I have tried several of the WW entrees at Applebees and I really like them. You guys are doing so great at calorie counting... I am sooo proud of you all. You too Moose, that is, if your'e joining the wt loss forum.....

Oh my God I am soooooooooo achy this has to be the flu, not really sniffly and sore throat is still there but down a little.
