Breakfast of cereal, two slices turkey bacon and V8juice.
Going to Applebees for lunch so it sounds like a big salad is in my future. *grin Have a great day all.

just got back from the gym. whooohoooo 2 days in a row.
i was in a rush this morning, so slim fast while taking the kids to school. applebee's had a really good weight watchers chicken salad. not sure if they still do. drinking my water right now. *slurp be sure to check out the site bizi posted. it is great. keeping track, keeps us on our toes.

you have to burn 3500 calories to lose 1 lb of fat.
the more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn. even while doing nothing. doing some basic weight lifting exercises will build that mucle. you can even use a can of veggies to lift. we al need to get moving as fast as bizi.

Ugh I think I caught Jo's cold. (cough cough cough) Although I suppose it might have been all that debauchery in Vegas. I knew I should have purelled the slot machines.

Stressed out to the max today -- new stress today plus left over stress from yesterday.
Went out for breakfast with hubby (so much for our diets) but we didn't finish our meals which is a major accomplishment. So lunch will be tiney tiny. Mmmm, Applebee's Santa Fe Chicken Salad. Now that sounds yummy! I was told by someone working at Applebee's that their Weight Watcher meals are just frozen/pre-made meals. Kind of made me loose my appetite for them and I've never tried them. But now that I've heard some are good, I may change my mind! |
