Default Friday March the something...

The devil made me do it...I had a PeperidgeFarm Everything bagel for breakfast and put real butter on it. That's the first bread that has passed my lips since day one....and it wasn't sourdough either. Smacks self!

That sounds sinful~~~~~but goooood!

I'm a firm believer in not beating yourself up when ya have a lil "slip up' and I also think that if you deprive yourself of everything, then a binge is around the corner.

I went to WW's yrs ago for 12 yrs to learn to eat right, losing 10 lbs at the same time. I also managed a Curves for a few yrs and we had a nutrition/wt loss class that I co-taught.

You don't have to go to the corner. *drooling over your bagel*

Default I can relate only too well!

I have been more than just a little self indulgent since the problem with my Spinal Cord Stimulator has been found. I just MAAAAD and that's the excuse for being hungry much of my time. I love yogurt and apples and oatmeal with bananas. On top of my yogurt I like Grape Nuts sprinkled on them. And for deseert at night we love the fat free sugar free yogurt with fat free sugar free topping on it. Soooo yummy. I use WW recipes for dinner and last year I lost 22 lbs. and my hubby lost 23 lbs. in about 5 months. We were happy. We mainly lost the weight for ourselves but our daughter was married in August and I think in the back of our heads, we thought we could start eating a little more food after the wedding in August. And that is when it started to come back on. (Sorry this is getting long.) So I'm up 5 lbs. and I need to take that off plus another 20. I know what needs to be done, I just need to do it! So get on my case if I am not reporting in on my weight! I need you. All for one and one for all!

Thanks for listening. . .

I haven't been doing much special eating with this cold going on- just drinking lots of fluids, hot teas, coffee, soups and once in awhile something a little spicy to shake it up

Heart Good morning girls~

I'm sorry I haven't been around for a while but I have been so busy I haven't even read the old post yet. My guy and I are doing great. He is still in England and such a time difference for the two of us. We have had so much to talk about and instant message all morning long, just about. Its afternoon there. I just hate the time change. At night when I would rather talk he is asleep. He is home 4 months at a time then gone 3 months.

WE have a another snow here. Great Scot, will it ever stop? Alffe see what you are missing? I had to go see my patient this morning, but wife came home earily, so thats why I am home now.

My weight is doing fine. I don't get very hungry and want to look good for Benny when he gets home. I actually jog on the treadmill everyday now and couldn't feel better. Its all in the mind girls. You can do it if you really want to. I eat no sweets except for what is in fruits.

Have missed you and love you all!
Hugs,
Billie

I've been so busy I've missed some of my check ins.

I'm not sure I've lost any more weight but I haven't put any more on.

I am at or around 135 and very pleased. I'm working at keeping going
done. But it would sure help if the weather would help.

It can't decide if it wants to rain, snow, sleet or sunshine. I still
have no rucumbent bike out of a box. Why the heck did I buy the
thing. I knew he wouldn't take it out and put it together for me.

I just wanted it and wanted to be able to exercise. So I did, and
now its 2 months going on three later. And I am still not exercising
on it.

Ugh. My food today, scrambled eggs, diet coke, sorry on road.

Pita cheese pizza, and water, and peanut butter cookie.

Diet coke for snack and other cookie

then banana for snack

now for supper, mac and cheese and diet coke.

Later hot chocolate. and if I can find another banana for my potassium.

See Alffe debauchery in Florida!

I am down 2 lbs today. That sore throat of mine is a weight loss plus . Went to doc tested for strep wont know till monday but she said if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck...etc etc you get the rest.

So by Monday I should be skinny with these anitbiotics

Nancy how is that spinal stimulator? Have they corrected what was wrong?

Hmmm can't decide whether to go to Dmom's house for mac and cheese or Bizi's for pork and zuchinni?

I did loose about 1 lb. Maybe 2 but you know scales, they keep changing! I am not feeling very well today but can't quite figure out what's wrong. Hard to explain. I did walk on the treadmill but did not push myself because of how I feel. Hubby and I were naughty today and had ice cream. Shame on us!
