Thumbs up Saturday/Mar.8 th~

Good Morning guys & gal's,
Well we got more snow last night but just a little. I would like to plan for company tomorrow, If I can can get enough done today. Sunday is a bad day for company when your in church for a couple services.

My diet is going fine, but I am stuck at one number at the time being. All I know to do about it is, to do more exercising. UGH! Hows the rest doing on there's? It's hard to press on sometimes. Don't know anymore that I can do except press on to the higher call of losing. Keep up the good work gals & guys. I didn't know we had a guy, but I think its nice. Please come in anytime and post for we would love to hear from you.
Hugs,
Billie

Hi guys,

Still sick here with something strep-like and not hungry so that is a plus

Billie they say when you get stuck at a number to try to vary your exercise a little bit or add a new exercise so you body is not used to the routine. Maybe adding some incline to the treadmill or something.

I have to go check the weather channel to see all this weather you guys are talking bout.

Have a good Saturday

Hi Gaye, so nice to see you here today. You are getting SNOW! Well, I didn't send it. Who would wish that on anybody! We don't have a lot either, but every night a little. I want SPRING.

Shelley~ so sorry to hear your still on the sick list. I'll send a prayer up for you. Hope it isn't the strep. Thanks, I can put my treadmill on an incline. I never thought of that. I also could do some tummy crunches. I don't like to do them, but what the hey......

You poor people along the eastern seaboard, you have had a wild winter. I hope we are done with winter here, which never amounts to much. I think our little city is the best kept secret in the west for retirees. I love it here!

Have a great Saturday, all!

Gals, I have a virus on the big computer and can't use it. If I get a call to bring it in I won't be able to get on my lab top, I don't think. Anyway have tried everything I know of to remove it and no luck. I am going to take it in and have a tech look at if before it is ruined.Hope I can get in today!
