Hi all

I slept through breakfast. THis time change thing.

Got up had meds, water and headed out to lunch, yes, but had
a reason. Had to get Derrick to basketball practice.

We had a bacon jr cheeseburger and diet coke at wendy's.

Came home to a bowl of oatmeal and granola and water.

ANd my afternoon meds.

Need to figure out a snack later.

Shelley, I tried to used the incline on the treadmill and it ran a 100 miles an hour. That wasn't going to work for me. I wish it would!

The meal went fine today and I didn't eat no pie and sent most things home with them, espacially the pie. No weight gain for me!

Slowly I am making changes in my eating. Tonight we went out for chinese. I know, way bad. But I skipped the egg roll and I didn't over eat. I did gain my 1 pound back. I knew eating thost 4 sticks of butter wasn't a good idea! LOL

keep up the great job!!!! all of you fine folks!....$1000 treadmill just doesnt fit our budget just yet....I guess we will just have to start walking around the neighborhood ...maybe we can find a used one here...willl start looking inthe classified .

picking up a used on is a great idea..garage sales...etc. How about joining a jazzercise class at the Y.? It's a real workout that's fun according to my sil.

Oh alffe, i paid for a years membership at the nicest club in town went for 3 months straight and never went again...I wish I would have gone...but I know that I can get excited about something and then that excitement putters out. THis has been a cyclic nature for me....
but I also think that it is common and I am not alone. Someday I will be able to run walk that mini marathon again with my sisters!
