my dh LOL :D they don't help much at all,
always asking - "what's for dinner ?"
"where's the ___?{meat, chicken, etc}"
"do we have any candy"

but since he's bringing home the $$ - I got to treat him good:D:hug:

but the sun came out today after all so I got to get my lilac & my honeysuckle planted- ended up making a flower bed bigger - so I got my digging & toting exercises done.

same here jo. doesn't help that my monkeys are skinny. eat tons..but burn it off. they need the calories.

hubby would die if i tried no meat for him. :o me...i could go back to being a vegitarian easy.

they don't like to go out to eat much, so i'm always in the kitchen.

exercise has really been helping me. my pants are looser. :D

Arrrggghhhh

Have you ever been typing away and then hit some key that shuts the entire site down? I have these little keys on the side of the keyboard that move me around the PC so I must have hit one of those. I was almost finished, too!

As I was typing:

My dh is right with me on the meals. And when he wants to, he can loose weight pretty fast. I've been cooking Weight Watchers meals for a year and we have just become used to the healthier way of eating. We both lost about 25 lbs. last year at this time but have gained most of it back. Ugh! It's the snacking, especially at night. (There is only so much unbuttered popcorn a person can take.) But we are back at it. Not buying the snacky foods and cutting portions. Having him to work with me does help. Getting a friend or someone here to buddy up with helps, too.

Good luck Jo (and everyone else)!

Hi everyone.

I missed breakfast, but today I slept through breakfast, and got up
at lunch time. I was exhausted.

I had bosco stick for lunch, just one. And water, then a diet coke.

Also had water with my meds sometime in the morning.

Then had a snack and water this after noon.

I then went to town to buy somethings hubby needs, he is on 3-11
shift and I offered. He was being nice to me. Even says I can
have my dream car.

Wow, but alas I probably wont because Derrick is 6 ft and its long
legs and the back seat probably wont work. So anyway.

Derrick and I ran the errands, and went to pizza hut for supper.

2 pieces of pizza, and a bread stick, and cinnamon stick.
Diet coke, water.

Snack, I had a peanut butter chocolate chip granola
and hot chocolate , 2 cups.

Water and meds.

And I've no clue how my weight is going my scales dont work so I have to
go to a office to find out.

speaking of lip stick.
I constantly deal with chapped lips.
I have used carmex for years but still have dry peeling lips.
so I changed to burt bees lip balm...I like it a lot but still chapped lips.
any suggestions?

are you taking omega 3's?

drinking enough water?

are they dry year round?

enquiring monkeys want to know.

omega's will help. they even help those rough feet, knees and elbows. my heals used to crack. not anymore. smooth and soft now.

drinking plenty of fluid helps. caffiene drinks dehydrate. eating salty foods will dry your lips. tend to make you lick them too. that itself can cause cracking.

if it's just this time of year..getting a cool mist humidifyer to add moisture to the air.

btw...i lick my lips when i am doing projects..like painting...sewing..crocheting..anything that i have to consentrate. if i wear lipstick..i don't lick or stick my tongue out. :p crazy huh?

HI Bizi,

I use a brand made for babies caleed the Mustela baby stick. It helps but the omegas help too!

:p hahahahaha I must not have lipstick on.
