Laugh WAKE UP that metabolism Wednesday 3/12/08

get a movin'!

step or march in place for 1 minute. get that sluggish morning blood pumping. here we go...hump 2..3..4..march!!

drink up. that 1 cup of water in the morning is important. get hydrated first thing.

now..coffee or tea time.

we will do it!! motivate and invigerate today.
