Good Morning and how many of you are up? I've been up 30 minutes and had my breafast of cerial & skim milk + pills. Gal's I have lost another pound. The jogging has really helped. I hope we have nice weather today. I need to do so many things, like Spring house clean. Come check in, and we will get started. Ya won't loose weight laying in bed all day. Get to moving and groven! Will talk with ya later today. I gotta go over and talk to my favorite guy, then go to my hair appointment. Billie
