Why those people on Biggest Loser can lose up to 15lbs in a week. Yet i havent been able to lose my last 20ls of baby weight from 2 years ago!!!!!!

Suggestions on excercising when you feel really crappy and tired. By the way i dont have much time with 3 toddlers running around.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH!!!!!!

Yes because they are eating right and exercising up to 8 hours a day! I'd like to be able to make 8 minutes a day let alone ALL day!

I'm really surprised at how hard they push them physically
- but I suppose they have complete physicals before they start the program and probably sign a waiver...

If you are locked away from everything and not much to do but exercise and eat only certain foods - it's a given that you would lose a lot plus the extra embarrassment if you don't and it being on TV and all.

Real life can't really compare to it - but use it as an incentive to aim for keeping as active as you can and keeping junk food out of the house etc..

I love that show.

They literally work out 6 plus hours a day. The food they are supplied is done by a nutritionist and they are taught how to eat healthy.

Plus they have a top LA doc that monitors them and he is good. So if they have any problems like diabetes or thryoid they are monitored and treated and that helps significantly.

Plus with such a large anount to lose they can pout up big numbers, But the more close to normal they get the numbers decrease.

Motors Mommy, I would recommend Leslie Sansone DVD's. She has so many different ones that have so many different levels of exercise. On her videos she has someone showing you how to do them if you are limited in how much you can do. I use a different one each time, depending on how I am feeling that day.

HI there and welcome to the forums!
Those last pounds are the hardest to lose.
I have 15 pounds that I want to lose...It will be really hard but I think it is worth the effort.
I can't afford to go buy new clothes cause the old ones are too tight so need to cut back on what I eat, portion control is my down fall.
hubby and I split a pound of meat every night, it is just the 2 of us.
So I need to get smaller portions of meat, we don't really like left overs much.
Have been using a site called www.sparkpeople.com to track my meals.
I also use a calorie counting site to find amounts that the other site may not have in its history: http://www.thedailyplate.com/

It is great as well.
WElcome again and feel free to jump in!
You will find much support here.
