Good Morning, I have woke up not feeling my best for a change. It must be going to rain. haven't caught the weather lately. Got to get ready for church. Will come back in later on.

Lunch was meat loaf, mashed cauliflower, and fresh asparagus.

oh I was so bad...eggs benedict and lots of sauce...it was so good.
900 calories though...
60 grams of fat, 49 carbs and 42 grams of protein....

Thanks alffe, I sure do like having them around. One is mischiefivous and is really funny. He bats everything onto the floor, just so I'll notice him. He batted my wedding ring into the trash and 2 Bibles onto the floor. He can even get my cabinet doors open in the kitchen. Needless to say, he has his own way with me. lol

So today I went to the store to buy more healthy foods.

Bizi I saw your South Brach meals next to the lunchables like you said. Thanks! I picked up a southwestern wrap meal and thought I would try that.

Thanks Alffe. I went back and added to that post so no one would think I would ever say MrsD is wrong. That could never happen ever. My pharmacist was wrong.

Yeah in my market they had 2 types of wraps and a chicken and walnut cranberry salad I think.

Its a beautiful day here in So cal.
