Thumbs up Beautiful Monday~ March 17, 2006

We are suppose to get rain in the next two days, but I am going to think positive. What a great day to be up. Not going yet. just up! Gal's I have lost two more pounds! I don't want to gloat, but this so unusual for me. Gaye, I am down to OUR first weight celebrating goal. That in it's self so wonderful! Its been a long time in coming.

I hope the rest of you are having sucess also. May you have a great day!

Love is a many spendid thing Billie. Mr.Alffe just brought me a cup of coffee bless his wonderful heart....it was preceeded 30 mins ago by my Fosamax pill with a glass of water...it's a Monday thing. *grin

Good morning All!

Billie I'm so happy for you. Great going! Keep it up.

Don says that the first of April we are going to clean out the cabinets and if either one of us brings something in the house that is junk, we will "yell" at each other! WOW, first time HE has decided to do smething about our problem. Poor guy is feeling so sick and at 71 is very tired. Working is wearing him out and he doesn't want to quit his part time job. As for me I am so "fluffy " and walking is very hard. He says we are going to buy only the already prepared diet meals. Done it before and it worked so maybe......? froggie

Bizi, I don't know for sure, but I'd say it has played a big part of it, also love might play into it also. lol

Way to go. I need to buy a new set of scales mine just doesn't
work right. But my neck is giving me a hard time. But other
than that and dizziness I'm good.

I am working and having a good month so its well for me.

But I got the rain, and the cold. So lets tell Indiana to get some
warm weather. I'm ready.

Hi Everybody....another blah day for me......my Granddaughter keeps my heart happy even on the worst days. Saffy and I had afairly unproductive, relaxing day today......one bonus we BOTH had a 2 hour nap this afternoon!!! I had such a lovely sleep! (Much needed!)
Billie....if you read this....I think you an absolutely wonderful lady! We are all so blessed to have you here with us......hope your day was a great one!!
