Way to go Billie!!!!!
SInce I have been dieting(march 3rd) I have lost a good 5 pounds, some of that could be water weight not sure. My pants don't feel as tight. lunch was leftovers: 4oz of ham and hamburger with brown spicy mustard. very good and filling...will see if the extra protein carries me longer in the day. I should have had something green but am not up to cooking...will have brocolli for supper tonight...or maybe cabbage. a Pork chop goes with most anything green.  Curious that is amazing about the cinnimon helping your chocolate cravings. I try to leave room at the end of my day to have a mini butterfinger bar...but have had those sugar free popsicles instead, knowing that i can have one has helped and knowing that I am choosing to not have one gives me power over this diet. I am so glad to be able to stick to this. although I am a bit obcessed with dieting right now. Some how I have to just build it into a routine...normalcy. I am going to go to the drug store and see if they carry it here. thanks again bizi

I already have two of them in my tummy. They were right where you said they'd be Curious.

Yes Bizi, you can probably get it at drug store. It may cost more than Walmart. Get the 1000mg kind and take twice daily. I eat no sweets at all and feel great. I am so happy. Benny is wanting to get married. He ask me today again.
I am so happy for you Bizi that you are loosing also.  Lets all stay strong about this and do it together. OKAY?

Oh alffe, am glad they had the wraps!
I knew you would like them. I am going to run to walmart to look for the cinnamin...how ever you spell that... lol bizi a marjoram pork chop italian zuchinni and tomatos tossed salad with everything in it. ahhhh...got my greens!
