Good Morning. I had a scary night. The door bell rang at 2:30 am, and a beating at the door folks. It scared me, as I live alone. Then I heard it again and shaking all over, I thought, the Bibles tells us sometimes we are enertaining angels, unware. I opened the door to a 18 yr. old girl, shaken & appolgizing to me. She had wiper trouble and couldn't see where she was driving & wanted to use my phone. So I said, sure. She had tried all over town looking for a phone booth & couldn't find one. Anywany she finally got ahold of someone that would come and get her. I live close to a school and you never know what might happen. Well thank goodness I did go to the door, That was my thrill this morning. How was yours?

Oh boy that is scarey Billie...I have been on both sides of that coin...ran out of gas in the middle of nowhere at night. Acck! Bless you for helping her...she was sent to the right door.

Well she had went to an Aunt's house first, but couldn't wake them. I just happen to have 2 door bells and I couldn't say I didn't hear that. She had drove around 2 hrs. not knowing what to do. Oh, she was from Iowa to began with, so didn't know many around here.

Bizi, I have lost 14 or 15 pounds. I am at a stand still again. It is rainy here and I can't go outside. Thanks about being an inspiration. I try, Bizi. I love you all so much and you all inspire me too. I am IM ing Benny now and the internet has us cut off. got go.

Well, I am back. The internet won't wont let us talk. WE are going to travel when he gets back to the states. It sounds so wonderful. He is almost to good to be true! lol. Everywhere I want to go, he is willing to go there. I haven't went anyplace this yr and I can wait to go. He is wonderful and I would like all of you to meet him sometime. He is very good with computers and sells them in his business. Well I better get on off here this time. I am muti-tasking. My puter is try to update viris protection and I I have been reading emails plus watching for Benny to come back on. Its hard to handle this much. lol

Billie I just got off the phone with Bizi and neither of us can remember about the cinnimon...is it pills? Walmart? I'm old so that's my excuse..don't know what hers is!

pills. you can get them at walmart in the vitamin/supplement area.

inexpensive and a heck of lot easier than trying to add that much cinnamon to food. it's cinnamon packed in gel caps.

they sure smell good. bottle says take 2 daily.

i just wanted to add...major side effect for me since taking the cinnamon.....no choccy craving.
