Good Morning Babe's & Hunk's,
By the way, do we have any's Hunk's checking in here? We want to here from YOU! We won't tease you for we are all wanting to hear from you k. I mssed up yesterday. I was in such a hurry that I eat anything that was quick to get into. Several are not checking in lately. Lynn, Gaye and Jan, We miss You. Please let us know if you you are sick.I'm sure I have missed someone. So if anybody is missing someone out of the group PM them. I have to travel today so I can't check in until later in the evening.

Let's really try today to do at least one new thing. I'll walk some for a change. That's about all I can do unless I get the big ball out of store age. I don't know about you, but I am stuck at the same weight. I can't seem to change it.

Let's be determined to make it a good day!

That is a link to a good 15 min workout using the ball.
I am not feeling great today just sick feeling for some reason. The weather is goint to get pretty bad here today but we need the ran.
Yesterday I stayed below my calorie goal, hope I can repeat today. I do ok with my eating till night.

Hello everybody! Wow - it's already Thursday already. My the days pass quickly when you hit the 50 mark!

Perhaps some of you missed it but Jan may or may not be posting the next little while because she has MORE medical tests and procedures to be taken care of, poor thing. She has really had a lot on her plate lately so please keep her in your thoughts and prayers.

So while Jan is out, we ALL need to be motivators. Thanks, Billie for the words this morning, that was great. And we do miss Gaye and Lynn (aka Lynners) So lets go a'huntin' and see what we can find.

Are you guys talking about the big excercise ball? You should have seen me on it. I have some balance problems so I looked like I was doing a Lucy Ricardo comedy act. The ball would roll everytime I got on it and I would roll with it and then it would roll on top of me. The trainer kept trying to help so pretty soon both of us were rolling. I hurt a lot after that session.

Well, gotta run - more laundry is waiting...

dang nancy...that's not good.

i have trained people on those balls for years. do rehab with people too. ALWAYS start them off using a ring that holds the ball in place. you can get really hurt until those core muscles get used to the actions.

Hi everyone.

My doctor wants me to take anithestimines for the rash on my face and since they make me hung over I've been home all day today being lazy. I did not buy any chocolate yesterday at the store which is good. Today I reckon my different thing will be to drink more water.

Nancy, I have balance problems too. Sometimes I walk or stand like I'm drunk.

My head is starting to hurt now I had my birthmark removed from the side of my head this afternoon and the numbing meds are wearing off. I wish I had more to shoot in there!

Arrow I'm so proud of you~

Let's keep up the good work. All I got done was driving to Indianapolis for a Dr. appointment. I didn't get in till almost six tonight. Then the phone was ringing off the wall. Gal's you won't believe it, but I have someone interested in the farm house. They are comming to see it Sat. so as much time as I've been putting the other place I am moving to, I have let this one go. So I must start cleaning this one up. I also got to run somemore tomorrow. Think I'll stay uplate and try to do some work tonight.

I'm so glad so many checked in today. Please keep up the good work & we will lose the weight. It may take a little work on my part as my time at the two places is limited. They are going to start moving some of my stuff Monday. You all have a good night and don't let the bed bugs bite!
