My sister-in-law brought some salad dressing with her the last time they visited that was really good. It's called, "Ken's Lite Accents," and the raspberry walnut vinaigrette is awesome. It's a spray bottle and each spray has only 1 calorie. For an entire dinner salad, I use about 10 sprays. It's very tasty and the small bottle can fit in a purse to take out to dinner with you.
