Hi guys,

Wow you are all so industrious today! Paint...carpet...working out...sweating.

I felt and looked fat today. Just fat. I was walking into our building today and there are big glass doors and saw my reflection and well did I say fat! I am discouraged but will try again tomorrow.

I really need to try to get motivated to work out.
