 Good Morning Gal's. I hope the rest of you are feeling better than I. I didn't slep much at all last night. I am either getting a cold or something else. The whole right side of my head is hurting. I have tried everything and only a pain pill helped. My weight is the same and I don't think I am going to be exercising today. You will have to pep me up. Sorry! I am about due for a sick. will talk later if able. Stay strong and be of good courage.  Hugs, Billie

Good morning Billie....sorry to hear you are feeling undertheweather.
 I'm going to the paint store and get 2 gallons of dark blue paint....journey of a thousand miles begins in this case with a single stroke.  I shared my egg beater omlette with Cooper but drank the V8 juice myself. I'm also going out to lunch...a traditional Polish dyngus day lunch with my sister. This diet allows polish sausage, cooked sweet & sour cabbage and green beans...may have to leave the noodles on my plate.

Dorrie, You go girl with the exercising...I am proud of you for this effort already! attitude is everything! could not get going this morning.... coffee is in hand. Alffe, you are going to paint then? Dark Blue??? WHere are you starting? becareful up on those ladders, maybe you could hire them to jsut do the ceilings? that is the worst part of painting in my opinion. Happy dyngus day! eat some eggs for me! hope Dad does ok with his hard shoes. need to get going here....fuzzy this morning...in more ways than one...lol... bizi

took monkeys to school. had a cup of coffee and some water then hit the gym Attachment 2598 for 1 1/2 hours. i'm revved up. and stinky
