Good Morning Gal's. I hope the rest of you are feeling better than I. I didn't slep much at all last night. I am either getting a cold or something else. The whole right side of my head is hurting. I have tried everything and only a pain pill helped.

My weight is the same and I don't think I am going to be exercising today. You will have to pep me up. Sorry! I am about due for a sick. will talk later if able. Stay strong and be of good courage.

I'm going to the paint store and get 2 gallons of dark blue paint....journey of a thousand miles begins in this case with a single stroke.

I shared my egg beater omlette with Cooper but drank the V8 juice myself.

I'm also going out to lunch...a traditional Polish dyngus day lunch with my sister. This diet allows polish sausage, cooked sweet & sour cabbage and green beans...may have to leave the noodles on my plate.

Hello everybody! Here we are in another week already. Time sure flies by, we will be in our Nevada 115 degree weather in no time. This year, we have nothing planned for a summer escape so we'll just have to grin and bear it.

Billie - So sorry you are feeling punk. If it's pain on one side it could be a sinus infection and may require a trip to the doc. I have a Springtime cold. I get a cold every Spring and every Fall. I actually sound worse than I feel.

Dorrie - You are so awesome. If I could only have your determination and enthusiasm I could loose my 20 lbs. You are an inspiration!

Alffe - I have a bedroom that needs painting. Wanna come help? I'm going to go with a medium to light blue. Maybe like a sea blue. I originally had it painted yellow and it was a big boo boo bright yellow. I wasn't home to stop it once it started going up so the whole bedroom and bathroom was already done before I got home. I have been living with the mistake for 3 years and it's time to give it up. Have a great lunch today. Have you lost a lot of weight on this diet???

Bizi - Monday's are always hard to face when you're working. Hang in there!

Curious - Great excercise plan, one that must keep you trim and fit. Maybe someday my feet will get better and I will be able to rock out with some excercise. I use to go to Jazzercise all the time in my younger days.

Oh nancy-h, I'll be lucky to finish what I've started here. We live in a 130 yr old farm house with high ceilings and LOTS of woodwork...wainscoting, big double doors that all need painting. I told Mr.Alffe I was too old to paint it anymore so we got a bid....7500.00!!! and they said it would take them 6 to 8 weeks to finish. I got younger fast! LOL

What shall I charge him?

You charge him big bucks for this Alffe! I took on more last than I would again. I did pay for the porches to be steam cleaned and stained. They could almost use it again, staining that is. To much work. That will make an o'le woman out of you. lol

I still feel terrible. I now think it is a head cold. Sure hope it gets better fast. I have exercised some, but don't feel like it. Why did I wear a sweater yesterday. Alffe did you get snow on Easter? What a time to snow. I was not gonna wear a coat, no matter what.

WOW, new carpet is nice. It is more of a light tan than beige and I love it made the house so much bigger looking and so light. I love light and more light. Can't get too much for me.

Billie, was buzy with carpet and my daughter-in-love (d-i-l, I perfer in love) stayed with me most of the day and then daughter and her hubby, and d-l- hubby were here later to help put everything back. May have to wait until tomorrwo to call you. Specially if you are feeling bad, Hugs froggie
