Hi All! Saffy is napping so I have a few minutes!! Today has been a better day however I have not ate much and have not taken my cinnamon....I bought some good ground cinnamon today to have as a drink?? They say you can add it to coffee etc....they also say to use a coffee filter to put the liquid thru....I shall experiment!! I have not went near the scales....too afraid!! I am on track and that is what matters!!! Have a super day everyone!!
