Good morning Everyone,
I just got threw talking to Benny. I am sick yet. My doctor's appointment isn't till tomorrow. I didn't sleep hardly any with this facial pain. I am wondering if it is sinus problems. I haven't never had this before, but I am taking up all my pain pills trying to get it under control. so much pain. It feels like tooth problems, but I have dentures.

Benny and I are doing fine. He is going to help me with my problems with son as soon as he gets here in May. Two got killed where he is now, this month. My son is under protection. Thank God for that. Just what I need to know after all this other sickness. I do need help knowing what to do about it tho. I am glad he is willing to help me, with this. I need a man that will step in and help. He is so nice to me. I really wish you could meet him. I think we are going to get married in the mist of all this too. we really do love each other. I can't imagine life without him anymore.

Stay strong today and workout plus, don't forget the water drinking.

Billie I fear that you have just overdone in the past weeks. Have you tried mucinex for your sinus? Love is a marvelous thing but you aren't getting enough sleep and you want to be healthy and bushytailed when Benny arrives. (Sorry...the mother in me slips out a lot!)

Had South Beach cereal w/almonds and skim milk...V8 juice. Time to hit the painting....Hugs for the room

Alffe, My face is in pain and I can't breathe very good. Benny is throwing a fit cause I don't go to the doctor for this. Yet my appointment is tomorrow. I don't sleep very many hrs, anytime, but less now, for sure. I am stuck on weight again & wanted to be down more because of Diabetic issues. My meter broke yesterday also. Thanks Alffe for the concern tho.

where is benny and why the deaths "over there"?
I did not know you were having problems with your son...glad that he is going to help you in that regard.

bizi, Benny is still in England till May. It's not him in danger, its my son. He is in prison and two was killed in ther this month. It's a dangerous place. I don't know what I can do about it, but benny is going to see if anything can be done. It can worry me, if I don't keep him on the alter and pray about him.
