Good Morning, Gee it's early and all I am doing is drinking coffee and waiting for Benny to come in on IM. This five hour time change is killing me. What beautiful weather we are having. I could take this forever. Not to cold and not to hot. I got my run in yesterday and was at church several times. Some Sundays are like that. Next Sunday it will be the same, with full meals and everything. I don't worry what to eat anymore when I am away from home. There are always some Diabetic's around and I don't have to eat desert. I sure won't either. Last night I met up with one of my former Dr.s and the first thing he said to me was, "You have lost some weight, haven't you"? Which I was only to happy to tell him about it. Its nice to know when others notice you. How are the rest of you donig on the "d" word? I haven't weighed in yet today but my clothes are very lose on me now. Yesterday I was the same weight but its thrilling to know we haven't gained any back too. Keep pressing on folks and take the Cinnamon, 1000 mgs twice daily. It will work with you and you won't want snacks anymore. Thats the great part! Be positive & we can do it! Its a GREAT Day to be alive. Just realized I haven't come back and checked in since we got back.
Gosh what a thing not to return and see how things are going. I'm glad to say I did a good walk, 2 miles. Wow, what a good amount for me. I'm still walking and doing what I can and working on other things. I'm down to 235, and working on losing more. DOnna |
