Great job on the weight loss Sue!

Gaye...I don't like the taste of brown rice...any suggestions?

And Billie isn't near the storms...(((Billie))) you are missed.

I didn't like it at first either Sue. Now I love it's nutty taste. Try adding some spices or maybe some chopped tomatoes, etc. Will taste much better.

I am not doing so hot with my eating. Old dogs sure are hard to teach new tricks.

Don continues to be feeling so sickly...worn out and joints aching, back pains. Feel so sorry about and worried. Bought him some vitamins and fish oil, hopefuly they will help if he will just take them. Got docs appointment on Wednesday so maybe she will check on some more things to see what is wrong with him. He is barley able to work. Poor big ole baby.:(

Great Job sue!!!!
need to get moving....have been spending too much time horizontally....I think my sleeping pill is too strong.

Cleaned out the hummingbird feeder since we saw one this morning buzzing about...the feeder was a bit black...poor birdie,,,hope he will come back!
I prepare the water a bit unusually:
In a measuring cup put 1/3 cup sugar in a 1/2 cup of water....put in microwave and heat till boiling about 90 seconds then take out and add ice cubes to make a full cup then put into feeder right away, that way it is cool enough so the birdies won't burn themselves...it takes about 5 minutes to do total!
