Jo I love the new way the forum is going! This will be so much easier to keep up with and now anyone can post easier anytime. I often don't bother when I come in in the evenings, cause I know the thread will start over for the new day and what I write probably want be seen anyway.

This is great too...cause maybe now I will be soooooooo embarrased to be just posting with no change in my eating. Hugs, froggie

Forgot to mention I am worling on my eating. Hubby and I have been talking alot about our habbits and lack of GOOD eating habbits. May not lose for a while, yet nutritional value should go up and junk is going down!

you are on the right track gaye. good nutrition. your body will use it as fuel and burn up the calores and fat. junk...well it just turns to fat. your body doesn't know what else to do with it.

choose healthy snacks. most of those pre-packaged 100 calories snacks have little nutrition. i full cup of chopped apple...only 65 calories.
