JO, I believe he is a real person. I don't think I have heard the last of him. I am not going to answer him tho. I looked at the thumbnail pic's you sent me. all 3506 of them and his pic is not in there. It has taken me a long time, & I am sure. I will not answer nothing that is sent my way. He does know my address tho, for he sent me Valentine flowers.

Hugs for the room. kept the faith. Thanks to all that have helped.

This is a real lesson for all of us here. Billie I am so sorry that this happened to you but thanks you for letting us know about it so we can avoid something like that in the future.

WE are your friends Billie, so please if there is anything you need feel free to get in touch with us. You are still in my prayers.

Alffe, so sorry about the poison ivy. Living in the city I have never had any experience with that. (knock on wood or I will get it next time I go camping)
I did not know you could get it from your dog?? I hope it gets better soon.

Hi to everyone else...

So I am still doing good on the healthy eating. One of the hardest things is for me to eat breakfast. I have no appetite for several hours after I wake up and I know I should eat to get the metabolism going. Today I forced down a Kashi bar. What about a diet drink like slim fast? Are there any that are better than the others?

Tomorrow I am going to the gym on a guest pass. A friend from church has been bugging me to go. I can't afford the membership much less the gas to get there but I told her I would go with her a few times this month. We are going to a water arobics class. Wish me luck...Sue

Billie I'm so sorry that all this has happened. I was getting suspicious but was afraid to hurt you anymore than you were already hurting. I hope they catch this person

Alffe I finally thought of that weed, jewel weed. I'm at work and can't post a pic of it but it took the edge of the itching almost immediately. I got poison ivy last summer but not in my eyes, so I didn't go to the doctor. One of our clients is into everything all natural. We went out lunchtime and picked it off the side of the road. You put it in a pot of water, boil it down, put it in a jar and put it on with a cloth. I hope something works

Curious I'm a pro at QuickBooks and do all the training for the firm. You don't have to reenter everything. I don't know what version you're using but you just pull up the P&L, click modify report, and there are two buttons, cash and accrual. Just click on accrual and it's done. That is assuming everything else is entered correctly.

Thanks BJ...I'll google it. (but that thought of picking something from the side of a road, or a field, or even my barnyard right this minute scares me. )

Got a sad yet sweet ending, story to tell. Today my DIL called me crying. Her Bulldog that she dearly loved, had seized until it died. She was beside herself and needed to talk. My son was flying a helicopther and could do nothing for her until later. There is a funeral Home next door to their house and she went over I think, or maybe the guy came over, not sure of that point. Anyway the Guys came and picked up her dead doggie and took it next door and placed it in the cooler, just like they would a person. They then called and found a Vet that would cremate the dog tonight at 7. They kept the little dog and right before 7 took it in their hearse, to the vet on a gurney. Now that to me, is one of the nicest things I have heard lately. They were so kind to my sweet little DIL, Son and kids. Such kindness and going out of their way to help. That dog had a fine finish riding in a big ole hearse.

Billie
I'm so sorry for the trouble and sad things you are going through right now.

And I agree that the funeral home did a very nice thing for your family.
And the very special doggie.

Everyone else, I've been around but not posting much in any rooms.

I'm having lots of health problems thanks to my newest problem with my
neck, so all other things have taken a back set. UGHS.

My neck has bulges in the cranial and its very painful, last Wednesday I
had a epidural after xrays and a MRI to find out what is wrong.
And now I'm in physical therapy twice a week. Take loritab and much
else in my meds, about 14 types of pills a day. GOsh and all my idiot
of a husband can say is that if you lose the extra weight you wouldn't
have the problems.

Well I'm dieting, I'm doing what I'm supposed to. But I put back on part
of the weight I took off. And I have no clue what to do now.
I can't handle much more of this its your fault stuff.

And I'm tired of this you eat and don't do anything else. I'm doing what I
can, and I'm trying to find a way to afford a health plan at a local place.

But that is taking some time. But I need the swimming access all year round
so its a good investment in money. But he can't even put the recumbent
bike I bought together in January for me. After I bought it with the promise
he would. I don't dare take it apart myself, I wouldn't get anything for it then.

Dmom,
Have you had any physical therapy that helps for your neck?
I wonder if some low level laser therapy or IF stimulation would relieve some of the pain for you?

I think all guys say those dumb comments sometimes...
