I'm washing windows and drapes today. I'm afraid to get on the scales. Lets just leave it at that. I tested my blood and it was just fine. It was 111, that good for me. Hope I can continue to keep it around that number. By the way I did get out a bottle of water and plan on drinking it too!

Go out and make it a Great day! You'll feel better for it.
Hugs to all,
Billie

My day has been OK.

Hubby and my Dad went to get me 2 new front tires this am and got the on now so I am back on the road!! I ended up with a flat tire yesterday! I knew I needed tires soon but that is not why I picked up the screwnail in my tire!! What a bummer! Oh well it is fixed now
Today Saffire let me have a nice big nap...she naps for 2-2.5 hours!!! I feel well rested!
Making bangers and mash with baby carrotts and brussel sprouts for supper!! Not the best choice nutritionally but delicious

Default Weird, DIdn't like my post, so it ate it

I went for my first massage today. Have to say my PT was so right, this should definately help me a lot. She gave me the name of a very good one.
And she is going to be able to help with my shoulders a lot. Not sure if
my neck will get lots better but my shoulder blades and the top will
get better.

Its going to take time, but at least in time, I will be able to say I'm not
in so much pain again. I'll feel alive again. Its so heartwarming. I wanted
so much to not be out of town on friday and to see if she could squeeze
me in. But I'm in Indy for work.

But at least I have physical therapy tomorrow and thursday and with any luck
that will help. We are working on getting me in next week. Its the weirdest
week I have.

My biggest accomplishment for my work is on Monday, and then I have PT on
Tuesday and Thursday. And I'm taking a grandson and granddaughter to
Indianapolis to see a specialist on Wednesday, so she was going to call
my PT after I left today to see if she could rearrange my scheduled appointment next week to make it work.

Now about my eating, My water is good. My breakfast is off bad. I wasn't
hungry today, so I didn't eat. I sleep because of pain. I had a snack
and then went to massage. Then ate, but even though I had pizza because
Derrick wanted that, I ate 2 pieces and a salad, I didn't eat dessert.

And I had lots of water. No dessert. 2 diet cokes.

And more water at home.

I ate no other meal, it was 3 when we ate,

BUt I've had a yogurt today, and a thing of rice cakes. And I know I wasn't
good at my diet, I am just not feeling good today because of my neck and
shoulders, but I did have a yogurt, and I'm going to have a apple.

Just remembered I had a apple early, my husband cut it for me.

I've been to pooped to type much- but we finally got the hardest part of our home project done. Haven't been eating very regularly or anything special -but having more salads with dinner.

Good evening folks, I went to grocery store shopping to another town. Its getting so I can't go much. The roads are just about all shut down since the flood. We were hurt in major ways, when it took roads out. I like to never found a way home today.

I did buy frozen yogert and have gotten in it. Its all I think about. lol I am afraid to get on the scales.

Hey Gaye, where are you hiding out? You better not be under the bed, I'll sick my dog after you. lets us know how the PT is turning out. Nancy is gone too. She was at her folks visiting the last I knew. Who else is missing? Help me out. okay. We are missing several right now.
Hugs,
Billie

I'm hiding under the bed! I bought M&M's tonight about an hour ago. Been eating everything in sight. So too too embarassed to show my face.

Going to call you too...yet I just fool around daily doing nothing and watching TV.
PT has messed me up last Thursday so I have sat a whole lot. Today was better cause I told them what I did not want to do anymore.
For some reason I am in a funky mood...not really deprerssed but still feeling kinda like a hermit and a bit low??
Hugs,

Hi all,

I'm off till further notice on the physical therapy. Its not helping. Nothing
we are trying. So I called my doctor today and got a appointment for
Thursday to see what he wants us to do.

My weight well lets just say its very descouraging. And I'm just waiting
it out.
