Good idea Bizi, might try them nect time if they have D in them. Doc said my Dis too low so have to take it too.
Curious haven't seen them comming out but really don't look that close. Hmmmmm...put on glasses...look in pot and what is there....Hee hee!

 Hi gal's~ Hows every one doing? Not seeing many post. Is this a bad sign or what? I'm holding at my lowest weight. Didn't eat much yesterday. I am going threw some emotional stuff again. July is a bad month for me. That's when I lost my husband 2 yrs ago. The family comtinues to be busy with their own families and I am alone so much. Hugs, Billie

Oh billy,
this is a hard month for you....it has only been 2 years since he passed...I can't imagine losing my husbnad... (((((HUGS)))) The calcium chews do have extra vit D in them 400IU...if you are taking a multi vit there will usually be an extra amount of vit D in that as well. I use one source from walmart and it has 1000IU in it, I don't know how much extra you need. Wonder if anyone else had problems getting on the boards last night and for how long they we were down? Coffee, banana...water bizi

Yes bizi, It is already hard for me and July isn't even here yet. You will never know how it is, until you have to go threw it. It changes your life.
I have had a banana, and small amount of Ham salad without bread. Trying to be careful to lose more.

I spent my afternoon with my sister-in-law. Took them a pie and a flower. I feel so much better. It is better to give than recieve. I was hoping that would it would turn out that way. I need to do more of this in the future. If you know of someone that needs a bit of cheer, go see them and offer to help, that is the Christian way and it works.

Doc says 800 vitamin D and 1200 calcium. MY calciun level is higher than it should be, which means it is coming out of my bones. I have had a parathyroid tumor before and they took out 2 glands. Only got 2 left and they seem to be cutting up again...this should not be happening again.
ON my plan and doing good.

Hi Gals!!We have been so busy! I am hanging in there. Still down 4 pounds. We are going camping next Monday!! Of course I planned to havce more weight off by then.....you all know that story I am sure!

Quick check in! Had a good day. I did NOT...I repeat did NOT eat any birthday cake at my Gramas party today.......It looked real good too!! I walked with Saffire alot today and now my hips are killing me!!
