I had a pleasant surprise yesterday...I got on the scales and I am now down 15 pounds!!! Yippee yahoo woo hoo

Not doing a whole lot different other than lots more water and more fruit for snacks. It has been so hot that eating is the last thing I want to do. But I have remembered to not just stop eating but I do eat lighter.

Congrat's Sue! Thats great to hear. Keep us posted. I already eats lot of fruit plus to much other stuff, I'm afraid. Not nothing to report here. I do like those sugar free popcycles. It's finally getting hot here. We still have to much rain. more do this weekend.

Hi just wanted to say a quick hello & check in here.
Our fruit trees are loaded this year & the garden is getting ready to kick in with veggies soon.
I chased a doe out of our raspberry patch last evening she was very pretty
- the dogs were in the house sleeping and not doing their job LOL
Been so busy with or projects around here , I haven't even had time to do any painting {art}.
I haven't weighed either, same I think anyway. But I have gotten more fit, I can walk up our hill without feeling winded..so that's a good thing.

Way to go down 15 pounds is great. One day at a time, is still my motto.

I'm not getting to the gym, but exercising by walking around the hospital were my mom is. And doing as much other stuff for my exercise as I can.

I am really going to be bummed if the non exercise is a weight putter on.

But it can't be helped, my mom's surgery had some complications and I'm needed here. I even feel bad because I wont be able to help get Derrick's stuff to the fairgrounds tonight. But a good friend is doing that.

And hopefully it will all fall into place.

Hi everyone

I am not working to good on my diet. I just seem to be in a funk.

But I will work on it. I am just chilling today, I think my mom is
still in the hospital. Derrick and I are headed back tomorrow to
see her again.
