well considering I cut almost all my fat intake to nill, drinking a lot of h2o
hardly any milk down to 1 cup of coffee instead of6 or 7 with sugar and half n half doing more exercise in the pool working on remodeling my kitchen it just a bit over 2 lbs a week that's not bad is it if I lost 16 lbs in 3 weeks then I can see it being dangerous thought I was doing good

Hi all I'm having issues with the newest surgery. And its sent me into not wanting to eat. But I am still drinking lots of water, and also eating cereal.
Trying to find other things that my body wont reject. I'm just me, it seems. I think this is about the time my weight went down last time. So we will see. Donna |

i dont even remeber posting that alffe, thank you must of been in hospital on phone???
curious has anyone else tried these promise activ yogurt shots to help cut colesterol, i have been having one for breakfast every day now for a few weeks am curious if any used and saw a diff? sorry to hear that Dmom hello my name is frank am new to this thread everone have a fun weekend peace

Hey All! We came home from camping for the night...baby may have chicken pox!!
I am down 8 pounds all together!!!!!! Hubby and I are taking a small dose of Vit B12 each day! Catch up when we get back on Wednesday!
