well this isn't FF -cause I haven't read the book yet
but a modified plan for me

cup coffee
Breakfast: 2 poached eggs {from my hens}
English muffin w/ honey

AM Snack:water
a couple wafer cookies

Lunch: puffed wheat cereal w/ lots of milk
snack size piece of leftover pork chop

Afternoon Snack:water

Dinner: 2 slices homemade pizza {hawaiian}
glass of wine

PM Snack: some pineapple slices

Water:

Exercise stretches and some dancing, gardening , chores, cleaning

Cardio:

Weights:

Feeling:

last 2 days...good except i did eat 1 small cookie last night.

did both yoga and the fitness center today. weights and eliptical.

i am adding a lot of intentional exercise. i feel the muscles toning under the fat.

Breakfast : scrambled egg white

Lunch: Chicken and veggies

Snack 5 almonds and 1 piece string cheese.

THis makes up for yesterdat's sushi amd mochi....although the sushi was good for me and i did not eat the rice.

falafel sandwich, ate half a pita bread
small greek salad,
2 tablespoons hummus

8oz of chicken curry
1cup of green beans
5 inch boudin (pork and rice)

2 cups of coffee
4 cups of water
1/2 cup of light cranberry juice

ended up drinking a cocktale and having 4 triscuits snack
