Donna,
you should try to eat more protein...you did not have any until dinner.
try to have some meat eggs cheese, nuts, foods with protein, they will help keep you satisfied and even out your blood sugars.
Do you like tuna?
a can of tuna in water with some mayo alittle red pepper or some dill...stuffed in a tomato makes a great meal.
how about some cottage cheese in the morning?
It is all about making choices...
we make a choice everyday...
we can do this....yes we can!

Well I am stuck...you hear about these plateau's.. It's ticking me off. I think when we get home I will fast one day and see what that does.
But then I will probably gain a couple of pounds in the windy city. :o

Went out to lunch, thought I was being good by ordering pollack (it was breaded!) and it was delicious! Had steamed veggies and coleslaw with it.
Came home and worked like a dog in the yard....still weigh the same this morning. I am thinking I'll put that scale away for a bit and then be pleasantly suprised?????

Enjoy the holiday and try to behave! :p
