Curious would be so proud of Shelley for turning down cracker.

And Donna is very proud of SHelley for turning it down.

Wanted to say thanks to everyone for really pushing me to keep eating
healthy diet. I have to say I've been feeling a lot better the last
couple of days. Other than for my neck, and its not got anything
to do with eating healthy.

I have to say, I am doing some really strong watching what I eat I
know I'm not out of the woods, I still cheat at times, and eat things
I shouldn't be. But I will do that for a while for sure, because I
am one that is supposed to eat chocolate daily. Because of things to
do with my need for dark chocolate. But I think that 2 times this
last week is great today is the second day I had a candy bar.

And I have to say it was well within my calories intake.

And I didn't blow my diet to have either one.

So I'm not doing bad at all.

Donna

Awww thanks Donna

Yep we just need to encourage and support each other and every now and then kick each other in the butt.

Don't kick my butt today though....its sore. I got that bike out and rode atleast 4 miles with DH while he was wlkaing. The uphills were really tough. I am very very out of shape...so out of shape you might need to retitle thread of our journies to....

For dinner I will have a piece of chicken and veggies.

donna,

you are on the road to good health. you will take some wrong exits, but just get right back on your journey.

we beleive in you. you are going to do this!!

can i pinch your thighs shelley? i bet they are sore too.

i am from working out. it feels good though feeling muscles that have been lazy for too long.

grilled chicken tonight. salad and veggies. kids and hubby are adding sweet potato's.

weird day. i haven't eaten enough.

I'm sorry I forgot to fix my meal last night. My husband took us out to
eat. But it was not as nutritional as it should have been

But it wasn't too bad I hope.

But I ended up still having the bran flakes because my need for fiber is

Snack celery, granola

Supper bran flakes, (I need to buy more meat)
