Trophy Our Journies to Good Health

This thread will be for daily check-ins to track our progress on the road to good health. (check in as often as you feel benificial or are able)

A dedicated thread to post what you eat (and how much), your exercise and how you are doing emotionaly. What is going on in your life, that is effecting your progress in a positive or negative way.

This will be a journal type of thread. Off topic posts should be limited, but posts of encouragement, praise and help are most welcome.

On my next post will be an outline that can be used. By no means does it have to be used. Many of us have pain or health issues. This can cut down on the keyboarding and time at the computer.

You can either quote the post or copy and paste. Fill in with either smileys on how you followed your "diet" or exercise plan or type in. The same can be done with how you are feeling. Just leave blank if you didn't do it or eat at that time.

Example:
Breakfast - <---did very good
AM Snack - <---could have done better
Lunch - <------bad. didn't follow plan

This is a good idea, Curious. It really helps me to be accountable to someone.

I'm not officially dieting, but did make an effort last night to walk (1.5 mi.) and pedal to the park (4 mi.)

Lazy today. Went to a funeral for a 4yo little boy. No more pain for him (lots of surgeries).

Now if I'd quit eating like there was an impending food crisis, I'd be okay.

I'll try to do better tomorrow.

And how did YOU do today?

Ok, this is confusing me. I started to post breakfast but that's all I've had so far so I guess I'll post this tonight...after I've been fed.

Ohhhhhhhhhh....I can post what I ate yesterday 5/20.....if I can remember!

Breakfast: zero

AM Snack: zero

Lunch: restaurant....taco salad but didn't eat the shell

Afternoon Snack: cuke slices w/hummus

Dinner: meatloaf....a small spinich salad w/cherry tomatoes and low fat blue cheese

PM Snack: went to bed early....

Water: probably not as much as I should have

Exercise worked in yard

Cardio:
Weights:

Feeling: very hungry...my own fault as I didn't eat properly yesterday
