Oh I get the kids meal a lot. This morning I needed juice.

I am not able to drink milk right now. For some reason its making
me feel sick. So I'm working on that one. But I will work on
getting it at Mc D's.

I have started to get the fruit (apple thing at Mc D's) I didn't think
I'd like it. I choice to get it yesterday instead of a bisquit.

Today I bought bread for me. I'm having trouble finding the one
I need, but I bought two,

So tell me which is best, and I'll tell the others here to eat the
other.

Healthy Life, high fiber, 35 calories, 6 nets carbs, o grams trans fats
99% fat free, Its white bread, yes I know that the wheat would have
been better, but they looked and read the same. And I can't stomach
the wheat. They had no whole grain in this brand.

Brownberry
Wholegrains, Oatnut, 13 grams of whole grains per slice, good source of fiber, 1 slice 120 calories, fat 25, yes this one has more sodium than
I wanted, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.

So if I touch this one, it wont be much, I promise, I sometimes need a treat in breads, I love potato bread, but its not on the diet now.

And I tried very hard back a ways to eat the kashi cereal, I couldn't handle
it. But I'll work on trying the new one you put down.

I usually just get plan bran flakes or heart healthy with some kind of nuts
whole wheat or whatever. I try to get something I can not put sugar in.

I don't put sugar in bran flakes, hard as it is. I have stopped myself of that.

By the way thanks for saying I can have low fat cream cheese, because
I tried buying some veggie stuff but its awful, and I can't handle it.

And I will be doing lots more cooking at home as summer comes along.
But its hard when I am on the road, I have to find something to keep
food cool, so I'm going to work on it.

Thats why I've been eating scrambled eggs at Mc D's, its just one egg.
And I can get just that on the side, and go on my way.

By the way celery is keeping me company tonight, I'm starving, and
that is what I'm eating, I had about 6 cinnamon wheat small square
crackers for my meds because I have to have something solid.

Default Thank you, I needed this kind of support

I also wanted to say thank you, I've been at the end of my rope with this
situation along with my health issues.

I don't exactly have a husband that is sympathic to the issues. He just
tells me I have to lose weight. And I know that, he doesn't seem to
realize how much effort I've been putting into getting my health back
and then losing weight so I can be the person I want to be.

NOt exactly so he likes who I am. If he doesn't then that is his problem
not mine. But when you can't seem to find the reason for not losing
the weight, and you've been doing everything you know to do. And
trying everything anyone has suggested there is just no idea what to
do.

And you have suggested a nutritionist, the only reason I haven't tried
one is because I have so many medical bills already. I'm just bearly
floating above water. I've gone over the edge with bill collectors about
my bills and Derrick's both the last two weeks.
And If my husband had a clue how much I still owe on credit cards because
of medicines, and medical bills that are from past years then he would
flip his lid. So I can't afford any new bills right now.

I only got to join a fitness club, because my husband said, he would
pay for it when I told him I was considering looking into it for myself
and Derrick for the summer. My husband is from a family that believe's
that money belongs to certain people in the family.

So what is mine is mine. And if he makes it its his. I married into this
knowing what I was doing. But Derrick's bills are both ours but the
thing is that I pay our joint bill's, he gives me so much to pay them.

He just has no clue how much its really costing. And he goes through
stages of lay offs so when its bad we get more in trouble.

And a couple of years ago, my employer chose to cut my hours, and
it took me two years to get my 8 hours back. It doesn't seem like
much, but when you are part time anyway it is.

You are a wonderful woman!

Just wanted to say why I look at calories when I am eating low carb also.
I know that I will be hungry in a couple of hours if I only eat say...200 calories of food....a cup of chili at wendys has 200 calories no crackers.
It is a good food choice...but not alone....get a side of salad with low calorie dressing.

At mcdonalds a double cheese burger has 400 calories.
same place the GRilled chicken asian salad with almonds and dressing is about the same calories and very filling all by itself. it has ademame soy beans and snow peas too along with good greens.
I think it is the best fast food that you can get.

I also eat at subway.
Get their roasted chicken with brown mustard (no mayo) slice of cheese, then top it with all sorts of veggies...makes a very big and filling lunch for about 400 calories as well.
It has lots of carbs in the bread but it is a better lower fat option than a burger.

Go donna go!

Dear Donna,
I don't drink milk either because it's gross . . . also because of the lactose issues.

It sounds like you are dealing with a lot.

I hope that things start getting easier for you.

so much better donna!!! whooohooooo!!!

take a look at some of your posts from a few weeks ago. look at the difference!!

the diet coke is down..the bread is down...the protien is up.

try eating 1/2 a sandwhich with more lunch meat or left over meat, like chicken. like a stuffed 1/2 sandwhich. or even make a whole one, but space the eating of the whole thing.

smaller meals more often keep your metabolism burning.

the low fat cream cheese is a great source of calcium and protien. plus the creamy texture...yum. just measure it out. only use the 1 serving. even spread thinnly it's great. if you like herbs...mix those in too. garlic and rosemary..yum.

i have been using that instead of the laughing cow cheese in sb. i'll buy MORE this weekend. the kids thought they were great and ate the whole box in one day! skinny brats.

Thanks everyone

I am hoping I didn't do bad today. I had to do some really careful watching.

I was going out to supper with my mom. So I knew unless we went somewhere that they had something I liked other than steak I was in trouble.

So I watched my day food. But tried to still eat nutriously.

Breakfast, Breakfast oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, and milk.

water on the road. some apples

snack, apples, water

lunch, celery, apples, popcorn, cheese sticks, two milk, and water

snack apples, celery, cheese stick, water, water

supper: steak and baked potato butter diet coke, just one refill

small piece of apple pie

snack water, water, granola,
