hi billie,

we sound like kindred spirits in the weight dept.
i'm 5'2" and weigh 200. i got down to 183 from 223 and gained some back.
now i'm battling again. my weight has been a problem from when i was 9, that's been 50 yrs.

but i'm not quitting. i at least want to get back to my 40 lb loss.

i really know how hard it is. i commend you on the counseling. mine has helped me so much.
and having my board buds with their constant support even thru my protracted hard times; it's been a life line.

and a size 14? you're my new hero. especially since cindy is fighting her muffin top. :D

don't give up billie. you CAN succeed. you ARE succeeding. :hug:
you don't know me but i'm a hugger and there's lots more where that one came from. :)

Thanks so much for your encouragment. I am trying hard, and it helps to know people are there to cheer us on. Yes, my friend we can make it. I too, am a hugger.:hug: May God bless you is my prayer. We do like to do some of the same things, like playing the work game. For awhile, I just didn't have anything to say, cause I was hurting so bad.

I don't know when my weight battle started, for I haven't always been heavy. I have always had battles to fight, some really hard ones. Losing a loved one, was a biggie, then I lost a dear friend that meant the world to me. If I could only get her trust back. I have said things, that I can't take back is my biggest problem.

Lets all take a deep breath and try even harder. We can do this and you have encouraged me. Thanks.

Hi Judy, She is not in heaven or even dead. I hurt a friend. The loved one I mentioned was my husband. I lost him 2 years ago this July. Its okay, I understand the mix- up. I hope you are having a good day!:hug:
