Thanks to you all. I am doing the best I can and also have started couseling last week, to learn how to cope with things. Its been a hard row to hoe though. It will take time for me to be my o'le self again. Have patients with me and I will come around. Some days are better than others. Keep me in your prayers, and I will be okay! Thanks sisters, your the best!
Billie

I don't remember ever being a size 14 so it sure would be nice.

I hope to be that one day. But with my height I'm not sure I will.

I hope you continue to do well.

Donna

Donna, I don't remember your height, but I am only 5'1. You can make it, just keep on trying. I too, have periods where I don't loose. It is discouraging to say the least.

you are doing fantastic bille.

there will be times when you hit a weight and stay there for little while. our bodies have to have time to adjust. that's ok. during those plateau's work on maintaining. that metabolism will get revved up again.

still taking your cinnamon? i am. on weekends where the tempation is higher, i take an extra cap. works great. i even made and didn't eat strawberry shortcake lastnight.

Yes, I am still taking my Cinnamon, Curious. never thought of taking an extra on weekends. I have eat a few things I shouldn't of today. Been to three church services and its hard not to eat when there is food everywhere. I feel like I have to be polite, don't I? Mostly I eat small amounts. Also had a South Beach tv dinner at noon.

I decorated graves today. Tomorrow, I plan to get back to working with my flower garden. Hope everybody had a nice day!

on the weekends my husband is home more. he likes me to make desserts.

plus having atleast 1 kid home all day...yup..they tend to eat more sweets. it might even be lots of fruits, but the treats get in there too.

the cinnamon takes the edge off the craving when it's right under my nose.
