Default Lost weight yipee :)

Lost 29 pounds.
Am on my plan and enjoying finally having gotten my mental processes thinking and WANTING to get the pounds off. I have always known that the "w" loss starts in the brain and not the belly, yet could not get to the point of accepting the mind change. Have a long way to go and take it one day at a time, one meal at a time, and one step at a time.

Have quit laughing at my need to lose, cause my body is protesting the heavy weight daily. I have had to stay away from the forum in order to use all my energy to keep to the task on hand. Can't laugh over overeating anymore and need to be serious.

Sure am glad to be posting my weight today and seeing the forum again. Truly have missed it!

HUGS TO ALL & NEW MEMBERS, froglady

HOLY MOLY FL! That is fantastic. Take a bow!!! 29 lbs is a huge stepping stone and I can hear the determination in your words that you'll continue to follow the wt loss path.
