Default Vent: Now I have to lose weight

Dang drycleaner

He shrunk my summer capri's that have some lyrca in them. Did not know drycleaning could shrink stuff.

So now if I want to wear them I have to lose some weight.

I think its a conspiracy

yeah right.

it must have been the cotton in the pants. did they launder instead of dry clean?

well..hold on to your knickers. hubby bought me clothes yesterday.

brand new. not even from goodwill.

he took grandmonkey to target to get a nerf bat and ball. he came back with 6 tops and 4 pair of pants. all for me! cute summer loungy type. long bell bottom type of this sweats. a back skinky pair. mix and match stuff.

i'm still in shock. i don't know how long it's been since i have had new clothes. i'll probably leave them hanging with the tags on.

Leaving clothes hanging in my closet for too long causes them to shrink!! It's true....I cannot get into the pants I wore last summer - and they've been hanging in my closet all year!

Oh thats nice!!!

Yeah the pants are cotton and the drycleaner was like oh its the rubber fro the lycra. I have never heard this before.

Any advice on recourse with a drycleaner. Two pair of pants are unwearable now. And they actually were a little big before I took em in.

I am steaming

Well that's a bummer, Shell. But, it's good to know that could happen, so I'll be sure to watch what I take to the cleaners. It doesn't seem right that they are blaming it on the Lycra.

Looks like they took YOU to the cleaners; the bums!!
