ok, here i yam

wk 2 of tx DONE 4 more wks to go. whew.
had a nice visit with my friend.
then came home.
going to nap soon.

tomorrow is an early day cause i'm meeting lenora at 1000.
but sunday is a day of rest.

people are so nice. i've been talking to the niece of the little 98 y/o lady who's getting tx's too. she offered to help me anytime i might need help. and she gave me her phone #. isn't that just so nice?

well, off to bed. hope you all have a great wk/e.

Today was pretty low key for me, I was in a twist yesterday and it really took a toll on the bod.

Tomorrow I have two exciting adventures, I need some new notes so it's a visit to my favorite stationer's which, happily, is next to the Apple store.

Then to another stationer, followed by a ride up the fruit ridge for some of our most awesome apples. LOVE 'EM with crunchy peanut butter. That'll be my whole dinner tomorrow, so I'm planning on a bellyache for Sunday. Sooooo worth it!

Nothing too serious, I tend to get highly irritated sometimes, when salt gets rubbed in a wound. I've risen above it and just thankful that my mom taught me to be honest with people. Nothing to it!

thanks DM. this was a happy but tiring day.
i always have fun with Lenora. we always sit for a couple of more hrs and
catch up on things. we talk about everything under the sun. her DH never minds when she meets with me. the poor guy is starved for her attention because she's so busy. but he never minds when she's with me. he's a sweetie.

the massage was good.
sheri taught me how to massage the scar tissue so it doesn't start pulling and hurting in my breasts. which it already does but she got rid of the scar tissue in my wrist after my CTR. she's really very good.

she also taught me how to gently stroke my Lt breast to try and get the swelling down. providing my skin integrity holds up. lucy is almost double the size of ethel. from the lymphatic system and removal of the lymph nodes. so i'm all for that.

it's a bit hard to get comfortable at nite. i have to "adjust" things.

well, i'm going to lay down for a bit.
i can't wait to do nothing tomorrow.

Sounds like a great day, dear Judy. Lucy's twice the size for real? That has to be a little frustrating. At least the girls are mostly staying out of trouble.

I didn't go out today, it was sooo nice here, I couldn't bear the thought of being indoors. In fact, it was actually a little too warm and I voted no. Now, I'm just too tired to go out, it will be cooler tomorrow so maybe I'll go then.

I watched an excellent movie today, Warm Springs, a bio drama about FDR's health retreat in the warm pools. It was very, very hard to watch at times, it hits a little too close to home; but, the high moments are fantastic. I think everyone should watch it just for that sense of his triumphant spirit. What an amazing man he was!

Hey Judy! Hey All! Your'e right, AMN~ it was indeed a glorious day here in TH also. I spent the morning "trying" to play a little catch" around here, since I was pretty much off my feet this past week. I'm mending ok, though.

I hope Lucy starts to settle down and get in line w/Ethel soon; I'm sure it is hard to get comfy at night. Tell those girls to get insync w/each other.

Well, so glad you had a great time w/Lenora. Some times those are the best days.

Still got hummies, AMN?? I've got 2 that have been having a lil spat all day. They are a freakin riot to watch. Their patterns are so diff than the ones I had all summer. I already miss them.
