geesh, i'm in the land of the living today.
i was in terrible pain yesterday. came home from brkfst with lenora (wasn't there a movie with a title like that?) and laid on the couch all afternoon.

my tailbone has been hurting so bad i can't even sit. and my muscles were so bad i was taking my percoset which is rare. i just couldn't shake it.
i was supposed to go up to boulder today but knew i wouldn't make it so had to cancel.

i ended up sleeping til 1000! i NEVER do that.
then i went back to bed at 1200 and got up at 1430. i guess i needed it.
now i feel better. pain down to a 4 instead of a 9.
so, onward and forward. that's been my wk/e.

atteeennnnshun!

Hello Judy dear! Sorry you've been having so much pain. We must be ''soul'' sis's b/c I have had to take my pain meds lately too. My back is so sore and my legs are one big spasm. I've been riding in the car and sitting too much and am paying for it now.

Is it that time already for you and Cathy to be planning your shenanigans???? I know how much you look forward to your GTG and after the year you went through~ you deserve a 10* hotel!!! AMN will pay for it; I'm sure she must have mentioned it to you. *grin*

Hope you have a restful night Judy! I'm tired, so looking forward to my leetle HAID hitting the pillow later.

Hugs and love to you~~

*googling pre-owned prices on new Rav4s*

Yeah, right, I'll pay for it.

Sorry you had such a rough time of it, dear Judy. Mine is still trying to kill me, too. I'm going to have to see the massage guy tomorrow and see if he can straighten me back out again. I really don't want to goof around with it on and off x-ray tables & such if it can be avoided.

I made the mistake of going to the grocery store yesterday when I should have just laid low. I'm paying dearly for it today.

I'm dreading tomorrow because I have to get back to work on my real estate nightmare, the holidays are over and it's back to business, baby. Oy.

I'm still crackuppin' about our most excellent GTG here in MI on Fri. It was a hoot.

Jim joins you all in the pain department. His legs are so tight they are vice grips. His back feels better though and that is good. We have those adjustable mattresses so I firmed it up. I think he was falling too deep in the mattress.

Judy, I think your body needed the sleep too if your feeling better. Time sure is flying. We were supposed to go to my mom's in May for decoration day but I changed it up. Mom is not happy but she doesn't pay my bills so she must deal with that. See? My new year resolution is working! I am learning to say no and mean it. haha We'll go down but not in May.

DM, Cindy and everyone else in pain, I hope you guys get to feeling better too.

She was but then the doctor told her she could live alone. She is still having seizures and her memory is shot but they say she can live alone. We all think she needs to live with us or at least a roommate to help her with her checkbook, bill paying, med passing, cooking, going to the doctor, etc. But, she is strong willed and nothing will change that. She said as long as she can live alone she wont be moving. She even went so far to say she'll go to a nursing home first before coming to live with her kids. She thinks we'll yell at her and "run her life". This surgery did a number on her for sure. She's a control freak I tell ya! LOL

Hmmm, I guess the apple doesn't fall far from the tree huh? I honestly don't blame her, I'd be the same way.

PS: I am Ok, the ulcer seems to be healing. I am on Nexium twice a day now. I still have discomfort but not as bad as before. It mainly happens if I get myself upset over something. I use this very wisely with the boys if they start to bother me. hahaha

Good Evening Judy! Hello Friends! Well, seems like we all have our aches and pains acting up. I had a bad day yest, but woke up feeling less tight and achey. Well, that didn't last long, as missed a step at DS's apmt and twisted my back and leg. I am so p'o'd at myself. It's neverending!!!!!

DS has to have a barium enema test on Mon, so hopefully, we will get some answers to his pain soon. The surgeon seems to think it's something chronic, like Diverticulosis etc. AY YI YI!!!! I am so ready to head to DD's in NC!!!

Sorry that everyone is feeling poorly. Judy, hope you feel better tomorrow. I know AMN's back has been giving her fits, too! She's stubborn! I have been nagging at her to get it checked. *I know, hard to believe me NAGGING* LOL! I could give her a GOOD massage w/4 wheel drive.

Hope Jim feels better too, Sandy! Glad to hear your tummy is healing. Mine is hurting less, so hope that continues. Delegate~ delegate ~ delegate!!!

Nice to see you pop in Sox! I know your'e busy w/the kids and all.

Have a good night's rest everyone. Nurse Nancy??? Is it time for my pill yet????
